Update is already up

All versions work in cabinet.
All you have to do is set the table to fullscreen mode.
 

1) open vpx and then open table
2) click backglass icon
3) Pick FullScreen
4) Uncheck TEST Desktop
5) Save table

i love the idea of UserOptionsSet = 1

but I think most people don't look at scripts

I had to adjust bacblass rotation to 270 (I think its a standard)

Usebackglass = 1

mode = 2

still no ulatraDMD, but that might be me.

Sorry don't want to complain, just think its tough changing options every version.

Love your stuff though, please keep going, its awesome as HM was one of my favorite movies and a table that I wanted to do.

Yea, it's no win there.
If i default to UserOptionsSet = 0 then a dialog pops up telling the user to set their choice of options in the script and the table exits to the editor to do so
and then i get messages saying the table is not working, it just exits.

Guess they are not reading the dialog, or perhaps go right to exclusive full screen and can not see it.
I always run out of exclusive when getting a new table, because i already know i have to change at least the orientation as i run the OS rotated
so the tables rotation will always be 0.

So i defaulted it to 1, and the table will launch and run with no message, but they wont have any other options set
and so wont have a DMD or wont have desktop scoreboard etc, and as you said, wont look in the script to see if there is options.

If you do not see UltraDMD, but when you launch the table you hear
"A shadow will come over the universe, and death will come from the skies" and then you hear Radar Rider playing
then it does at least mean ultraDMD is running.

And if the above is a yes

By any chance do you have freezy's 1.8 dmd extensions, and flexDMD 1.5 installed
and possibly flexDMD has taken over ultraDMD's duties?

If that is possible try setting ShowUltraVirtual = 1

er wait, quick question
do you have a pinDMD, or are you looking at it on an LCD
cause the virtual thing is only for an LCD, has no effect on what shows on a pinDMD display

Hello.. i get a little problem... i ha ve Flexdmd installed, all is up to date, but when i launch the table and change the option in the script, i can't get the video to play...

the score is working oin the DMD on my 3rd screen and on the DMD on the apron... i can HEAR the video sound, but no video playing anywhere... any hints to get it to work ?

Are you able to play the videos in the DMD folder in windows media player and see them?
Only thing i can think of is a video codec issue, but the videos are WMV 9 so any windows PC should be able to run them

do you get any different result in running the table in mode 2 as opposed to mode 3?

nop.. same result... i have two other table converted to flexdmd (goldorak and he-man) and they run video without problem . i can play heavy metal video direct thru VLC, but i can't see anything other than score when playing...

Can anyone play this? Tried some tricks, nothing work...
