This fun table is from 32assassin and Coindropper.
I've continued the evolution of this table with a full
makeover and some gameplay enhancements.
4.0 is for 10.8/3.6 with a totally new miniDMD in the TV to replace the
no-longer-working previous design that relied upon an exploit to light-up.
Enjoy :)

What's New in Version 4.0 (See full changelog)

  • 1.0 New playfield, lights, lighting, layout, physics, graphics, materials, shadows
  • 2.0 Ditto plus sound and it's a lot livelier
  • 2.1 Bart animated
  • 3.0 Upper left flipper fixed, lights, physics, sound
  • 3.1 Playfield, lights, bumpers, physics, added another ball shadow
  • 3.2 Fixed left flipper sound/DOF, brighter TV
  • 4.0 New miniDMD for TV and better flashers

Nice job 32assasin and coindropper on the machine . Although I prefer the VPW, this one was well done. Good job you two.

Winner winner chicken dinner, nice job guys.

Gracias Bigus por tus trabajos

This is the best version of Simpsons pinball party, I tried the other versions, but their lighting and physics are messed up.  This is is almost perfect, but I have one question:  Is there anyway to change the lighting of the bumper towers to blue like the real table??  Please make a update to change the towers to blue, thank you.  This version is close to perfect but the white towers kind of bug me....

The led's in the TV are still super dim. Especially when you reduce the table brightness with the day/night slider.

They're not lights at all, but an array of tiny gates, and the brightness is limited by design unfortunately. Even to get them working this well is fighting the VP software that needs to be tricked into accepting the settings, and just viewing the settings resets them.  Not my design, but I found that I can adjust them this far, at least :)
