Download Cavalcade (Stoner 1935) Bagatelle VPX 1.0
11 VotesCavalcade Bagatelle Flipperless
2
This is Cavalcade by Stoner Mfg. Co. made in 1935. It is a flipperless bagatelle game, though it has solenoid driven mechanics and a tilt recognition.
How to play:
Start a game with the StartGameKey, then use the right flipper button to release the next ball onto the playfield.
Plunge the ball. Once it has passed the first gate, You can release the next ball.
Aim for the central "To the Post" area to collect balls. Then shoot the Starter hole to activate the central kicker. Each kicked ball will activate the kicker again for an alternating kick.
Balls kicked into the Starter hole can be released again.
The main goal is to hit the lower central area. The first three balls score 1K, 2K and 3K points. After that additional balls are fed to the lower kicker for 5K points each.
A Tilt voids the complete game.
At the top of the script, You can adjust some table features as FreePlay, the Highscore Post-It and the score display. The original table had no score display and You had to add the hole values manually.
Due to the ball handling with real holes, You can start a new game only after the current game has ended. If You want to restart before the 10th ball, Tilt the game.
The GameOn light starts flashing on the last ball. The game ends shortly after no ball is moving.
Have fun
Michael

Love it - cool Thanks Michael ...

Missing IPDB Info, here is it: http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=473
very nice, but why does it have metal rails? should be a woodrail.
When authors like you start to rescue flipperless and early pinballs from the golden ages (1935 to 1969) then just then, I 'm going to be an admirer of VPX. Till then...
I love this!
Really takes us to the roots of the hobby. I wonder if the designers of this game could of ever imagined
the direction this has taken the past 83 years. Could you imagine how their minds would be blown playing a modern day pinball like JJPs Pirates of the Caribbean, as an example.
Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Michael... My Uncle and I will have some great moment playing that... He's always relating me the time of Bingo table so this table will for sure put a smile on his happyness face 2 thumbs up
Thanks
