I just learned this. All ROM files should go as a single .ZIP file as one file into your ROMs folder. Some computers might download and unzip automatically, but you don't want that. Any folders, .bin files, or anything else, should be as one single compressed .zip file.

Make sure you also adjust the table sound. My defaults are - and =  for overall sound and END, 8 and 9, for coin door, lower, raise. These all will show on screen and DMD.

Rename the file to afm-113b and it will run just fine.
