Screenshots
Based on the table by Bally from 1977.
Graphics were enhanced as much as possible, and were collected from different sources.

Thanks inkochnito for the dip switch routine (we always forget to thank him :) )
And don't forget to press F6 to set up your options.

The table is based on my VP9, although everything were build from scratch, with new playfield and plastic graphics.

What's New in Version 6.0.0 (See full changelog)

  • 6.0.0 Updated September 2025

  • - Added some extra options to the User Options (F12)

  • 5.5.0 Updated 14.12.2024
  • - New playfield mesh to avoid the ball getting stuck on top of the flippers.

  • - Updated for VPX8 (adjusted reflections, equirectangular ball, linked flashers to lights, incandescent lights)
  • - Updated physics to my Rev3. Including physics materials, flipper code and slingshot shapes.
  • - Updated LUT images and display system, 10 darker shades and 10 warmer shades.
  • - some graphical changes (playfield mesh with holes, metal wall guides, lights warmer)
  • - added a screenshot for scutters file explorer handler
  • 4.0.1 Updated 19.10.2022
  • - fixed the flipper and playfield physics :)

  • - Some small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.
  • - cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table
  • - Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL).
  • - Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.
  • - Made the light inserts warmer.
  • - Added SSF sound commands.
  • 1.0.1 Updated 01.07.2017

  • 1.0.0 Released 01.07.2017

I can't get past the dip switch part.  The table loads, and gives me the "one time only" dip switch options.  i select what I want (I just keep it default) and hit okay.  i then hit F3 in-game to save the settings.  Should be fine.  But on next load I get the same pop-up that I have to do teh switches again. i.e. it's never been a one-time thing.  Did anyone have this issue?  I've never had the switch options not stay set once selected and the game reset.  Can anyone help?  this is a beautiful table and I'd love to keep playing it.

I also have this same problem. It states I only have to do it once, but reappears every time I launch the table. Even when I launch it with PinballX. Puts a big damper on using it in my cabinet. Has anyone solved this issue yet? Thanks.

Issue resolved: I just deleted Line 114 in the script and all is well now.

seem we all have the same prob with the dip switch and the flipper lag beside that the table is amazing

I just added an ' before the line to change it to a comment, but the options are still not saved when you use the f6 menu

UPDATE

Ok now they are saved, don't know why.

I pressed f6 and changed balls per game. exited the menu, pressed f3 and restarted the table. only 3 balls per game.  Closed and restarted the table and had 3 balls per game but f6 said 5 per game.

Just accepted it.  Well yesterday I was playing around with Nividia's DRS function and opened Lost World to see how it looked. Suddenly the game has 5 balls per game.

Maybe it was exiting VPX entirely or powering down and restarting.

I have no sound on this table. I've tried downloading the ROM from all the usual sites. The settings in the DIP switches do nothing. I'm using VPX 10.6. Any clue?

Thank You!
