This started as some very dirty blank playfield images I found online. I decided to run with that theme and went for a dark, dirty, faded, rusty look for the whole thing with much help from hauntfreaks and sliderpoint on dirtying and cleaning up the graphics (sounds odd, but that's my story).
Hold down left flipper key for options menu.

backglass photo by scottamus on Flickr (he has a nice collection of very good shots out there)
FS settings in the table are for my cab which has the playfield in portrait mode, most of you will need to adjust the Backdrop settings.
Here is a starting point for those of you running it the wrong way
I can't vouch for how well it looks.

For anyone running this on a Legends Pinball Setup with OTG. Here are the settings I am using and I find it to be quite playable. I used OP's settings as a starting point and then fine tuned it to fill screen without getting it too out of proportion.
