Rapid Vienna 2011 FS

Version: 2011 FS
Category: VP 9.x Cabinet Tables (FULL SCREEN)

Author(s): Original - Starman7007, FS Mod - Bob5453

Description:
Wow!
Added the music to the Sound Manager and placed all fonts on the table images. There are NO font files or mp3's to be installed anymore.

Updated all lights with image based lights. Added new plunger, thanks to JP for allowing us to use his stuff and thanks to Rascal for creating this plunger method.

This FS version uses my preferred FS view at this time, I don't have a cabinet. Feel free to change the numbers and post a screenshot with your number changes so others can try it.

Thanks to Starman for giving me permission to do this.

Read the ReadMe file for further rules and info on this table.

Fantastic work Bob. This table is 7 years old and it can still compete with some of the best tables put out today. Starman did an incredible job on this table.

Thanks for all your efforts to convert this table to FS.

Do you still have the soccer ball image you made a few years back? If so could you post it or send it to me.

Thanks.

At one point, I had the flippers so damn realistic, it was spooky, I felt we weren't ready for such perfection, so I changed them back to Walter's original settings.

Har, har ...

Well, it looks great sideways, Bob!

I'll definitely be adding this one to the cab when it's done.

Thanks, Bob!

What an ambitious project!
That has to be some mean coding under the hood.
The FS is terrific, thanks Bob5453

Keg, the soccer ball image is in the image manager, I display it for a second when you score a goal.

I'll eventually create a backglass, but if someone wants to try to create one, give it a shot and post it here. I'm a typical American and Football is another sport to me. I searched for images, but I am clueless when it comes to this subject.

I will need to give some thought to releasing a 4:3 version of this table, I don't want to show any disrespect to someone I have great respect for, if you know what I mean.

I have noticed that I need to change something in the script for the 2X, 3X, etc. bonus. You get it right now by just going down the lanes whether the light is lit or not, that is my fault and I know what it is, so eventually I'll have to release an update. Starman used lots of triggers on some things, there were 5 or 6 at each of the lower lanes, so I combined many things.

I also have had 3 games where the game didn't end and the next ball didn't get created.... I played more than a hundred of games while working on this.

There are complete rules in the ReadMe file.

An update of the original 4:3 is a great idea, if Starman agrees of course.

Updated today with Multiball! smile.gif New Version and Screenshot in first post!

Added multiball, fixed Bonus multiplier, new ramp image, a couple new lights, voice waves, etc.

I finally made use of that ball sitting atop of the right ramp exit and incorporated the Logo Lights into the game. Score goals to Light Logo Lights. Light the left logo RAPID and achieve Multiball. Light the left logo Wien and achieve Multiball. Multiball also achieved when lighting the 4X or 7X Bonus light. Achieving any of these during a Multiball achieves 10 million Jackpot.
