I agree and think it would be a great idea to consider.

How can I get this to work on a 4th monitor?

I only have 3 options when running the resolution setup.

I can not change my monitor identity numbers, and the 4th monitor would be for my backglass.  I manually changed the number from 3 to 4 in the resolution text file but it didn't work.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion

Still not working.

I have tried different cables (DP-HDMI), moving the cables around on the graphics card, unplugging monitors so that they are renumbered but in the end the screen I want to use for my backglass is always being identified as number 4.

Just went through this very thing!  No amount of moving cables around made a difference in my case.  The fix is as gtxjoe describes.  Set the b2S server screen number in the screenres.txt file and give it a try.  If no success, try again with the next number.  The numbers, by the way, do not correspond to the screens that Windows tells you.  My backglass screen is number 3 according to windows.  B2S calls it number 5 and that is what is in the screenres.txt file to make it work.  Made me crazy(er) for a while too!

tested the new b2s server, replaced all the files for the new ones and ran the new reg... still says 1.3.0.2.... is this just a typo?

For whatever reason ( Probably Fat Fingers ) people are ending up with this ( .directb2s ) in their tables folder
The black glass server is loading it with Games that don't use a BackGlass

Add a pop up error status saying that it was located in the tables folder and needs to be deleted and not load it

Hi, I remark an error with the version 1.3.0.4 of the designer : if the project name begins by a digit (ex : 1947table), the .directb2s file is not launched : a window opens, but it closes immediately.
There are no logs written (tag LogPath into the file B2STableSettings.xml).

The game and back glass run fine

You can rotate the backglass screen in Windows settings by setting to Portrait or Landscape. Otherwise I don't think possible to rotate the actual backglass like it was a table.
