Is this the only table you dont see the DMD on? Try clicking the windows key between L-CTRL and L-ALT key when you have the game running. you should see a window down in the toolbar that you can click to make theDMD go back on top of table. It should say Apollo 13 (5.01) as seen in pic.

 

For the sound issue, try clicking the number 9 and then holding down number 8 on keyboard. By default the sound is set really low.
