Send a private message, enter the name of the author you are looking for in the search, use the mouse pointer over the name and in the box that appears to find the button to send the messages.

Thanks for your help. The question now is what if I did not find the author(s) in spite of all my efforts?

Just my 2 cents but I say upload it. If there's a problem the original author can

contact the site to have it removed. Just name it differently and give credit to the

author whose table it is based on. Honestly you may never be able to reach the

original author, at some point we will all die and what then? Just give credit where

credit is due, but make it obvious in the upload page and a README that you include

with the file. If you want to go a step further add some text on the pinball surface somewhere

'Based on work by....'

Disagree with the above (posting without permission). Some sites may allow it but I don't think this one does? Before even considering that OP, if you've not found the author, other people may know and also know how to contact him/her. Therefore I'd suggest as a next step you create a thread in the FP section asking if anyone knows who authored the following tables (and then list the tables), Let's see if the community can assist you in finding a way to contact the authors.

edit: grammar/spelling

What table? Who is the author?  Some have given blanket permission to mod their tables... Some have not

I am talking about "Grand Slam" (Gottlieb 1953) by McCrowell75 and "Green pastures" (Gottlieb 1954) by Patrick & tiltjlp. I' m a guy in his "golden age" that started about two years ago with this hobby, with great effort and very few knowledge of programming and I think I have done a good job. Many of these early pinballs from that era I had the opportunity to play them when I was young. I got a lot of WIP all of them from the '39 until '60 but not a lot of resources. My "menthor" is Phil Becker,he said to me that I can use his scripts, but for reasons I don´t understand not all his scripts are useful. Could it be because of the engine, I mean Visual pinball against Future Pinball that is the one I use in my work?
I would like to leave somethig for "posterity", for my grandchildren, ha,ha,(kidding).

Muchas gracias a todos por su ayuda.Han sido muy amables con este viejo fanático de los pinballs.
