Being a huge Beatles fan, I downloaded the Stern table from the Orbital site. The table, back glass and playfield worked great, however the entire Pup pack zip file ("Final.zip") was encrypt after entering the sites password, including all the MP4's that the table would normally use during play.

Does anyone else have this problem?

If the media pack is gone for good, would anyone here be willing to share a working download file?

Most appreciated!!!

I downloaded the latest final version 7. Works perfectly with VP7 32-bit.

The PuPVideos folder in PinUPSystem.

Copy the Desktop PuP Punch files in the folder.

It works for me

You must unzip the files into the PUPvideo folder first. This is where I am at a dead end. When I try to open, or unzip,

the Extract Archive message says " Not currently supported, encrypt archives of this type is currently unavailable".

Perhaps you need another software, like 7zip

Maybe the file/Download was corrupted. Try to re-download

I use 7zip all the time. Also unblock all downloaded files as well. I even downloaded Harry Potter from the same site without any issues. Strange.

Done this many times already. Same results unfortunately.

I am using the latest VPX 10.8 . Maybe "Final7" zip file only works for that version only, and not the latest ones?

I thought your issue is even before launching the table when you're still trying to extract the files? It has nothing to do with VPX versions then.

In any case, I just tried the download and it correctly delivers a final7.zip the can be correctly extracted when unblocking and entering the password from the orbital pin site.

It's just one archive including the following folders: b2s, PUPVideos, rom, and the table .vpx and .txt files. There is no separate zip file for the Puppack.

My best guess would be your version of 7zip is too old and doesn't support the RAR version that was used by the uploader..?

Problem solved... Since it was working for everyone else, I had to assume it was a Windows security issue. (even though my anti-virus and defender was already disabled. I confirmed the 7zip file was the latest version. Before unzipping again, I changed the admin settings for full control, then extracted everything outside my normal hard drive. Then I put it back, rebooted, reloaded, THEN once I heard the audio, I changed the scrips to accept the Mp4's. After a few resets, the videos popped up and worked.

:otvclap:

Thanks everyone for all the troubleshooting advice!
