Xenon (Bally 1980)(detail mod of JP's table) first 95% or more of the credit is going to JP for building this table, and the countless hours he devotes to this hobby... the other 5% is "my" vision and how I like a table to look in "my" cab... there is NO wrong or right in how a table should look, but because the Dev team has given us the tools to make a table how we like it again thank you JP and Dev team also special thanks to Bord for adding his awesome details

- relit and shaped lighting - ambient light reflections - offset insert bulbs (creates the illusion the bulbs are under the PF) - shadows (object, ball, flipper) - 3d model ramps NEW 3d ramps/textures by BORD - bumper caps (flippers texture, with the original primitive, works for me..lol ) - under-printed plastics - new and modified materials - droptarget lighting by BORD - primitive sauser/kicker/arm (animated by BORD) - nFozzy fast flipper code (implemented by BORD) - environment map - custom color gradient

One of my favorite tables when first getting into Pinball as a child!!! (Xenon and Black Knight were in an arcade that my brother worked at when I was a kid.)

Great Job on this table!!

Thank you JP, Bord and HauntFreaks!!

Your work is very much appreciated!!

Hearing the background sound get quicker and quicker, really works on raising stress levels!!

This reminded me of a post my friend Lodger posted a little over a year ago. (Thanks Lodger!!)

It was an interview with the lady who did the voice effects. The video he linked to that post is gone, but I think I found same one by searching.

There is some language on there that is not english, but most is in english once you get further into video.

So I thought I would share it again for those who missed it the first time around.

Find Lodgers original post here...

No ball rolling sounds. That is a no deal situation for me. Breaks the illusion of reality. The ball is ping ponging all around and not making a peep. When it hit something at full speed you get this tiny little, poof. LOL. Table needs a lot more collision sounds as well. Please remedy this. The table looks amazing and I'd like to play it but it looks funny and i can't take it seriously.

Thanks for sharing your work.

I fixed the ball rolling issue by copying and pasting the "Supporting Ball & Sound Functions" and "JP's VP10 Rolling Sounds" script sections from the 1.2.3 version of this table to this one (1.2.5).

Don't know why this works since the code text seems identical, but perhaps there's a typo or spacing problem somewhere.

The 1.2.3 is available over here: https://vpuniverse.c...enon-bally-1980

[edit]Found it; in 1.2.5 there's a typo under "Sub RollingUpdate()", "ballpitcht" should be "ballpitch".

Easiest remedy is therefore to remove that "t" from the script.[/edit]

Thanks for the simple fix!
