Hi all,

So I was able to purchase a stripped down Bally Black Pyramid Cabinet (1984) cabinet to begin my build.  However, I'm having a hard time figuring out where I could purchase a proper coin door.  I would actually prefer to just purchase one of the newer Bally/Williams doors since I prefer that look, but I can't seem to find a good resource that provides the measurements for the door itself and/or the cabinet cut out.

From pictures it looks like the mid 80s coin doors where actually wider as they included the start button.  Does anyone know if I could fit a 90s Bally coin door into my Black Pyramid cab?  Also, could anyone point me to a good resource to find those accurate measurements?

I plan on starting my build thread very soon as I'm almost done gathering all of the pieces.

Thanks in advance and happy holidays to all!

Found this on another site:

Industry modern standard style which will fit most makes and models with standard 4-bolt mounting pattern, including most later-model Bally (1985-up), Williams (~1983-up, but not all models), Data East (1987-up), Gottlieb (~1990-up), Sega (1993-up), and Stern Pinball (1998-up) pinball games, and most arcade video games going back to about 1980 as well. Some games may require slight modifications/alterations for proper fit. May also fit on some older model games and other makes/models with some or no modifications.

Thank you so much for that link! Those dimensions are exactly what I was looking for.

Hi everyone, my name is Maxi from Argentina, South America,

I’m starting to build a virtual pinball machine, and for that I bought a Bally coin door from the 1979–1982 pinball machines (Like this one: https://passionforpi..._door_front.jpg).
Could you please tell me the exact dimensions of the cabinet cutout needed to fit the frame of that coin door so it installs properly?
Thanks and greetings to everyone!
