16 segment display font

I know they are out there, but hard to find and cost money.

I don't if the williams font we all have is 16 segment, but I don't like it. I found one that looks super on the web, I'll try to find the link and post it.

I was thinking that if a better segment font was out there, and enough people had use for it, that we could see if we could strike up a group price for it.

Or I might just leave here and go build one.

The gimp claims to be a good font editor, gas anyone tried that feature of it. does it make truetype.

Can someone make a suggestion on a truetype font editor at a good price. Of course I'll google it, but I trust you more.

Well this is not a font, but it could be handy.

Find attached 2 small applications, one that displays 16 segment graphics in any colour. You could perhaps take screenshots and use the result to create a 16 segment reel or font.

Screen shot and zipped applications attached.
