Spinball was a manufacturer of pinball machines in the mid 90s (1995-1996) in Spain. Here is a list from IPDB of the tables they manufactured:

only 2yrs of production and only 3 tables on the ipdb.

never saw a Spinball.

were they in the US?

found this one in the IPDB

and they do say that they were made by  SPINBALL S.A.L. by fuenlabrada SPAIN

so I highly doubt any of them made it here to the USA
