An ACDC mod of destruk's music template.
This is the 5th and the last of the playfields designed by Grizz that I have build for the music template (you remember the others... Black Sabbath 70 and 80's, Grateful Dead and Rush)
As always, Grizz's graphics are really really good! (Even after I destroyed them by making them darker and adding the lightning :) )

Here it is the music pack. But if you already have a lot of ACDC songs then here are the 18 songs used:

Updated with a fix for the broken lights. So you'll need to download the table again to fix those 4 center lights which didn't turn on :)

Do we play the music manually in an mp3 player or does the vpt pull the music?  Looks great as always.

usually a table that uses mp3's will pull the tunes from the file using the script

so you just have to play the pin  to enjoy the tunes

Yeah, I see in the start of the script the code to pull the mp3 files, but for some reason, all I am getting is just the standard "clunk" sounds that come with VP.  I tryed using 9.12 and 9.14 and the mp3s are both in the same directory and in a music directory .   Weird since other tables work fine.

Probably this will be the first table I will play after many many months of not playing. Thank you very much, Juan.

Can we use mp3 files we already have taken from audio CDs? Or does the table need exactly the files from the

not longer working download link?

you did remember to unzip the mp3 folder yes?

the files must all sit in the music folder in wherever you set your paths to

I have all my folders sitting in my vp9 folder

just for ease of finding them if anything goes wonky on me

I have not played with the pin yet so really don't have a first hand look on it

but I'll give it a whirl to see what your prob may be

not sure what your problem may be

it plays just fine here with all the music in place

sorry

They were unzipped, but in the wrong dir.  You're right, there was a music dir under vp9 and putting the files there worked fine. Thanks!  Only other problem is the sound effects are very limited, but it could just be that it's an unfinished project.   If you get more than the mp3 playing and generic sound effects, let me know.

I also got limited sound effects but I think that was done on purpose

so we could enjoy the music all the more!

I am happy you got it working though!

Yes, you can use your own mp3 files. The names in the script just have to match the mp3 files.

And better don't put ID3 tags in the mp3, because VP doesn't like some of them and will not play the mp3s.
