Flipper Football VP9 1.0
Version: 1.0.0
Category: VPinMAME 9.x Recreations
Author(s): jpsalas
Description:
Based on the 1996 table with the same name from Capcom
Thanks to Ext2k for the playfield and plastics redraw.
Also thanks to Joep & LuvThatApex for making the old table, in which I based the script for the flippers and the lightnumbers, since they aren't readable in the pdf manual.
This table has the zoom set up for a WS screen. If you still are using the 4:3 then change the XScale to match the YScale (on the backup properties).

These are my tables, sorted by date, all them playable with VPX 7 or newer:
After 18 years making tables, it is time to take a rest and let new authors do their thing.
I guess at last I'll play some more pinball . But I'm sure I'll make some table updates from time to time

...I have also added this to my cab table and it looks AWESOME!! Do not change the ball decal on front and back, just replace the actual ball with this.
This is the ball i use for rapid vienna as well- makes the feel more realistic i think.

Thank you! JPpapa!
This table has not been imported into Japan.(Maybe...)
Player to make the goal, I wonder if a little difficult specification?

@JP:
in the sound editor,add bumer3.wav or change this:
Sub Bumper3_Hit:vpmTimer.PulseSw 52:PlaySound "bumper3":bump3 = 1:Me.TimerEnabled = 1:End Sub
Sub Bumper3_Timer()
in bumper2

This is a table that is really something else! Love it!
Not one of the finest to look at, but a different kind of pinball game. It captures the feeling of scoring a goal pretty well.
I don't think this will be liked by a lot of pinball critics, this deviates too much from the usual MM / AFM lay-out and gameplay. Not a lot of depth, just action and scoring goals. I like it, and it should be fun playing it with friends. (need to get me a cabinet...)
Thanks JP!

Just don't push it
I was going to write the rules and then I realized the only rule is to shoot for the goal

Yea but what do the other targets do? The 3bank drop targets? Doesn't knocking them down make the Goalies Drop Targets pop back up slower. What is that flashing light on the right of the PF that is nearly impossible to hit, What happens when I go outta bounds...
eh?

This table is more complex than that, as there are 3 rules !
1. Score in the opponent's goal in the upper playfield
2. Keep the ball out of your own goal
3. Don't touch the ball with your hand (it's soccer indeed)
