Install VP 6.1

Load tables into table folder.

Copy entire VP folder to pen drive.

Play away.

Note: 6.1 works the best. It is also the version that will auto load the tables when you double click them.

This is only for VP tables, not VPmame.

If anyone wants a copy of 6.1, PM me.

Ron

This process won't work for tables that save to external files (which is why it doesn't work for VPM tables).

That's what I said, it doesn't work for VPmame or VP8 or 9. With VP6 you can upload to CD or Pen Drive and it will work independantly of the OS It will only work with tables in VP format.

It may pay to talk to these people. http://portableapps.com/
If they included it, it would certainly add to the interest in VP

I'll forward it. The thing about 6.1 is that it was originally desgined to be portable. Maybe Randy Davis used this version so he could access it on a laptop.
