It's been 3 weeks since I've ordered the Pinball Wizard Controller from Nanotech which retails for $299. Emailed them on Monday (to their sales email) asking for an ETA on when I can expect to receive the controller. Have heard NOTHING from them. I've heard it takes a few weeks to get this product, BUT, at least have the decency to respond to emails.
Very disappointed so far. This is not a cheap product, so the least they could do is maintain good communication with costumers who are willing to pay for their product, especially since they advertise on this site!
I'm strongly considering contacting my credit card company and getting my money back. If they don't answer emails now, will they if I have a problem down the road with the product (assuming I ever get it)??
In fairness to them, I will update this post once I have received some sort of satisfaction from them.

i hate companies that doesnt respond fast enough to the costumers.
in what country are you? did you check the customs services?

I'm in the United States, so there should be no customs issues.

Well, I bought the Ultrapin Ultimate Upgrade from them for $1000.00 on Feb 17th, and still do not have it. Every email, when it is answered, gives some reason for the delay. So lame. I finally emailed Mr Foley monday and said to either send me a tracking number, or a refund. It's a shame, I really just wanted the upgrade.

I did order my PBW at the 26th of February.
Got respond to my e mail at 29th of March where David F calming.
Shipping takes 2 to 3 weeks as stated on the website. We have a batch being built this week that should include your order.
Got a note that it’s on its way on the 19th of April but still no PBW.
My guess is that there is a lot of manual craftsmanship making these controller and production/sales/support consists of Mr Foley him self.
If this was multimillionaire company I would have canceled my order long time ago.
But in this case I sit tight and try to be as patient I can

i wanted to order one of this and now i am afraid.
if that is like that on the us i imagine ordering to europe.
My guess/hope are that US and Europe are only 3-4 days difference in transport.
I’m not afraid that I won get it, am pretty confident that eventually I will. I only whish I did order it earlier or the info that the delivery are 3-4 months not weeks

I ordered mine about the same time, I think and have still heard nothing from them. I'll keep an eye on your thread....
I am, therefore I run.

Definitely not the same. With the Nanotech plunger, you can slide the plunger up and down to adjust for strength. That one is set up to start back on pull and shoot on release only.
I'll contact Dave and find out what's going on.

You can't pull it back all the way, then let up to adjust for power ... it can only pull back and fire, period.

Wouldn't it also depend on the time that it is pulled back (=switch on) until it's released (=switch off) to what force the ball is shot?
One of us smells like a tart's handkerchief. Afraid it's me. Sorry about that, old boy.

Yep, but once you pull back, you're committed.

That happens to me all the time. I start shooting the ball, then change my mind, and decide to wait a minute...
