Did you use a standard Williams head box width? I'm on the hunt for a Tv/monitor that allows me to get rid of the black bezel I currently have 6c8a3294320d55c01c06e71f07fea054.jpg
Originally that was the largest I could fit when I was using another screen for the dmd, but have more room after switching to a real dmd 9 months ago

I don't remember. I know the 32" tv was close to standard width but i built the back box to fit the tv. The tv is 29 wide and fits in a groove routed in the back box. The whole thing is less than 30 wide

I think my favorite feature is full edge to edge and front to back play field, no bezel no frame just playfield

You *may* be able to fit a 32" decased TV in a std WPC backbox. I was trying.. but my TV got destroyed when I decased it. :(   A lot of the modern screens use the bezel plastics as a frame for the screen. My ribbon cable tore when I was attempting a decasing . You would also have to route a channel in the side.. and with a std backbox you'd have hardly any wood left  in the slot wall. I went down to a 28" after that. 29" are hard to find these days.

I did have to route a deep channel but did not have to decase the screen for the back box
