1.3 : Added EMReels for player's name
        This time, everything should be OK
 
1.2Added lines in the script to reset score to 0 at the start of the game
         Sorry, I'm an old man and I was too tired to see it :)
 
1.1 : Added High score Reels and increased volume of targets when hit
        Updated Script so that you can hear Bells and Chimes (it worked for me)
        (line 20)  Const Start_With_Backglass    = 1        ' 0 or 1 to disable or enable the dB2S backglass
 
Hope you like it, and now I'm gonna plunge into the water, I try to do a VPX version
 
1.0 : This is a conversion from FS to DT of table "Lady Luck - VP915+ - FS 1.0" from Lucasbuck & Herweh

Big thanks to them for this fantastic EM table and for their permission to MOD

Here is what I did :
- The backdrop and the new apron
- Replaced everything I could by primitives (pegplastics, rubbers, wire ramps, bumper caps ...)
- Improved definition of playfield and plastics
- Cleaned plastics (removed screws from images)
- Added green cover (50.000 POINTS) on left plastic
- Updated targets
- Added Reels for scores, credits and ball in play

- Gtxjoe for telling me what to add to the script for Scores Reels to work
- BorgDog for telling me what to add to the script for Ball in Play Reel to work
- JPSalas for his fantastic Ball "JPBall2"

I am getting the mechanical sounds flippers, ball rolling, bumpers, etc. but no bells or chimes.... Do you have any ideas what could be causing this?

Says it uses DOF - which is physical solenoids for thuds and such .. do you have this on your rig? If not you need to disable that to hear the sounds themselves.

Look for something in <vp>/user/ directory .. likely controller.txt and disable those entries?

I have many problems because, I think, all the features I add on the desktop were on the backglass

 

Gtxjoe, Borgdog and you kindly helped me to edit the Sript but for me it's new language I don't understand very well :)

 

At this time, I'm trying to add EMReels for High score, and I need your help again (I use EMReels "EMReelHSNum1 to EMReelHSNum7" which were on a postit stuck on the apron of the FS version)

 

The High score displayed is allways equal to "1.111.000 points" minus "my score" (Ex : if my score is 111.000 the high score will be 1.000.000)

Thanks for this advice allknowing. I am away from my machine so I can't check now. However, I think you're describing the opposite of my problem. I am hearing mechanical sounds, but I am not hearing bells or chimes. Is this what you understood I was saying?

For information, I use VP992 with VPinMAME 2.7 (windows 10) and I can hear bells & chimes

Does this table use a ROM?  You link a ROM to it but it is for Bally's Lady Luck and it seems to me that this is an EM. (Recel table I think is an EM)

I think you're right, the only thing I found in the script is : Controller.B2SName = "LadyLuck" whereas it should be : cGameName= "ladyluck" if this table used a ROM

 

It's the first EM table I MOD, so I didn't know that ! :(

Here is, I think, the solution

 

As I did a MOD of a B2S table, you just have to open the Script and do the following

 

(line 20)    Const Start_With_Backglass    = 1        ' 0 or 1 to disable or enable the dB2S backglass

 

I'm on the version 1.1 but I have a problem with the High score Reels I want to add

I uploaded version 1.1

 

For me High score is working and I can hear bells, chimes and targets

 

I spent many hours on trying to solve these problems, with kindly help from Gtxjoe, BorgDog and Allknowing and I hope you'll enjoy playing this table
